Shipping policy

When you purchase items from Grace Mercantile, you are billed immediately at checkout. Orders are then shipped out in the order in which they are received.

We aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days. In the event of peak sales times, Grace Mercantile may take up to 7 business days to pack and ship your order. We cannot be responsible for delays that occur with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our facility. Grace Mercantile DOES include delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order when it ships. Customer assumes all risk of delivery once package has left our facility. Please be careful to check that your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

Grace Mercantile cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
